SUBCONTRACTING POLICY

Any third party hired by CLEMS RICHMOND LTD to participate or for the purpose of
supplies shall be referred to as a subcontractor. Such contractors shall be audited on HSE,
financial capability and legality of its operations as well as quality standards.
The contractors that meet the required standards shall be considered for third party
services.
Strict adherence to the above stated requirements shall be endured at all times, as violation
will result to termination of subcontracting relationship.
